I’m an interaction designer with broad and certified UI/UX knowledge and a long history in print and web design.
At LWDA, Tadek works on all aspects of UX/UI design, creating user-friendly interfaces that prioritise usability and accessibility.
For the last 4 years, he’s been mainly focused on mobile apps and responsive web design. While accessibility guidelines, usability best practices, a mobile-first approach, and human-centred design don’t always win out, he strives to make them happen in every design task.

Tadek has an in-depth understanding of interaction design with a strong focus on usability and accessibility. He ran his own web design company from 2014 to 2017. However, since 2019, Tadek has worked with LWDA as a UX/UI designer and usability consultant.
He loves exploring new ways to improve the user experience and is always eager to learn more about the latest trends and techniques in the field.
