Stuart is the founder and CEO of LWDA, an organisation dedicated to offering digital services that enable our clients to stand out. Think of us as a company similar to Accenture, catering to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups.

Stuart has a background in music marketing and youth advertising. He was a project manager at A&M Records in the UK, working on Sheryl Crow’s first album and creating campaigns for Dodgy and The Carpenters.

He has worked in the digital arena for over 25 years, setting up one of the first UK web agencies, Traffic Interactive. Traffic – based above the 100 Club on London’s Oxford Street – was a joint venture between Abbot Mead Vickers, Freud Communications and House of Blues.

After setting up the London office, Stuart moved to Los Angeles with House of Blues and was involved in award-winning digital campaigns for Radiohead’s OK Computer album launch.

Stuart set up his first digital agency in LA, focusing mainly on music clients. In the early days, he built websites for Supergrass, Coldplay, Beta Band, 2 MTV European Music Awards (2001 and 2002), several Mercury Music Prize sites and The Offical UK Charts website.

Over the years, Stuart – via our sister agency Devstars – has worked on major projects, including being the principal architect of G4S’s Global Intelligence System, Hearthow Airport queue timing platform and the Ministry of Defence research systems.

His expertise lies in developing custom software solutions from scratch and providing tailored enhancements to pre-existing platforms. We excel in creating unique and personalised solutions built with a strong emphasis on performance, security, and conversion rates. If WordPress were compared to Mercedes, we would be the equivalent of AMG.

Stuart lives in Jersey in the Channel Islands and enjoys spending time with family, Harry the dog, riding bikes and sea swimming.
