Peach Properties had been using Jupix – an off-the-shelf property management tool – for some years, and although the system itself is quite powerful, the front-end of the website lacked personality & design flare.
The team at Peach needed a fresh website design to complement their new branding. One that reflected the quality of their service and targeted their customers effectively.

THE
CHALLENGE
The main challenge for us was to successfully integrate our website with the Jupix system.
The team at Peach Properties use Jupix to create property profiles, which include images, floorplans, maps, key features & detailed descriptions.
These items are assigned special codes which are included within a data feed. This feed would need to be dissected by our website and used to display property information to the user in an attractive way.
The new website would need to be fast-loading and easy to navigate, making it easy for users to submit enquiries.
Bespoke WordPress website design & Jupix integration
Our talented team of web developers decided upon a lightweight bespoke WordPress theme for the front-end.
The new site would cache the data feed from Jupix and update property listings at regular intervals.
A clean & minimal design helped reduce the amount of code required, so the site is quick to load. Especially for mobile devices which account for the majority of visits.
Customer enquiries are captured through a range of forms and Google Analytics is used to track site usage.
The client now has a professional-looking property website that is easy to update and presents properties in a desirable way, using big images for maximum impact.
Hosting is provided by our partners at Kinsta, ensuring speed, security and green credentials.
